It’s finally finished! The pattern for the tulip quilt is done, now on to the next project-a dearly loved tree. This quilt has been floating around my head since I received a seed catalog in August. It featured a new tulip variety called El Nino and I fell in love! I can’t plant anything at my current abode so decided to celebrate the tulip in a quilt. When I saw the shimmer fabric from Northcott everything clicked. It ended up being my third design for the new fabric line. The quilt measures 30X35″ high. The Quirks&Quilts version is reference # QQ121 and the Northcott version is #PTN 1211-10. Here it is, hope you like it.
